We’re offering some amazing free demos throughout the day too so you can really get a feel for this talented team of Practitioners:

  • 1:30-2pm Awaken Your Inner Energy with Qi Gong with LeAnna Marie (Classroom)

    Experience gentle movement, breath, tapping, and self-massage practices designed to help you relax, ground, and reconnect with the energy within your own body. This beginner-friendly mini session offers a simple taste of Qi Gong and embodied awareness.

  • 2-2:30pm Hand Reflexology Samples with Nikki Kornegay (Sunroom)

    We often don’t realize how much tension we are carrying in our bodies, especially our hands. Take a moment to kick back your feet, enjoy a mini hand reflexology demonstration, and get a taste of the approach used in this modality. Nikki will work the planes of the hands using reflexology micro-palpation techniques of finger walking and thumb walking to bring some lightness into your day. Nikki also works on feet, the face, and the ears in her reflexology practice.

  • 2:30-3:00pm - Learn Your Human Design Type with Evann Lavender (Sunroom)

Human Design is a synthesis of ancient wisdom and modern science that reveals your unique energetic blueprint. During this demo, you can begin your Human Design journey by learning your Human Design type and receiving some individualized information about your type.

  • 3-3:30pm - Oracle Readings with Natalie Flowers (Wellness Room 3)

Choose from 3 different oracle decks and ask one question or receive a message about the Present.

  • 3:30-4pm - Meditative and Expressive Art Therapy with Kelly Rye (Sunroom)

    Are you feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed? With a simple art therapy exercise and mindful breathing, you’ll learn how to release tension, reconnect with yourself, and find peace through creativity. This exercise is perfect for beginners—no art skills required. All that’s needed is an open mind.  What you’ll experience in this Demo:
