In this guided meditation, you’ll be invited to slow down, turn inward, and gently reconnect with your inner child. What might they be trying to share with you? What do they need, and what do you need? The class includes intention setting, a calming body scan, inner child practices, and a soft exploration of your chakras to help integrate the practice and increase peace and relaxation.
DETAILS
AGE: 15 and up; persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
SKILL LEVEL: Some previous experience with meditation, and ability to regulate if uncomfortable emotions arise.
WHAT TO BRING: Wear comfortable clothing, water in a sealable non-breakable bottle if desired. Each person will have the use of a thick yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and an eye pillow; bolsters are available on a first come first served basis.
