Honoring: Transition, Loss, Loved Ones

  • The Y'Ville Well 119 West Main Street Youngsville, NC, 27596 United States (map)

A guided creative experience for anyone navigating loss, marking a life transition, or looking for a meaningful way to remember someone they love.

We can feel grief for many reasons… the loss of a loved one of course, and also a change in life roles, career, even the loss of who we once were. We can feel grief even when the transition is for the better.

Grief changes the way we move through the world. It asks for a kind of gentleness that most of us were never taught to give to ourselves.

This experience offers a quiet place to slow down for a little while. A moment to remember and honor.

You do not need to be artistic.

You do not need to have the right words.

Simply come as you are… wherever you are in your process.

This meditative art experience will gently weave together stillness, reflection, and creation. Through simple guided meditation, journaling prompts, and a grounding clay practice, you’ll craft a vessel that honors the story of what was.

This process is not about doing anything perfectly, it’s about allowing yourself to move in unexpected ways… recognizing the connection between you shaping clay and how your experiences have shaped you.
