Qi Gong is a simple, accessible practice that combines breath, mindful movement, and focused awareness to support balance, vitality, and inner calm. Together, we’ll move slowly, listen inward, and create space for your body to unwind and reset.

AGE: 15 and up, under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
SKILL LEVEL: no experience needed
WHAT TO BRING: wear comfortable clothing and bring your curiosity. Water in a sealable non-breakable bottle if desired
