On Saturday, September 12, Kelly Rye and Nikki Kornegay invite you to experience Tandem R&R: Four-Hands Reiki and Reflexology — Join us for some relaxation and self-care, as Nikki and Kelly work in Tandem, unifying their special techniques to deliver an intimate healing experience for anyone who wants to relax, reset, and balance their energies. A uniquely immersive healing experience designed to support deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and energetic balance.
Kelly, a Third-Degree Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Medicine Wheel Practitioner, and Hypnosis Practitioner, and Nikki, a National Board-Certified Reflexologist and Second-Degree Usui Reiki Practitioner, bring their individual gifts together in a powerful experience of four hands working in tandem.
During your one-hour private session, you’ll experience the combination of Reiki and reflexology in a way that invites your mind, body, and spirit to settle, soften, and come back into balance.
Reiki and reflexology are both wonderful complements to traditional medical and mental health practices. They take us into a space of deep relaxation, bringing the parasympathetic nervous system online, and gently moving us out of fight-or-flight. It has been well documented that chronic stress and excess cortisol are some of the primary causes of inflammation and dis-ease in our bodies; because of that, Kelly and Nikki strive to cultivate this space for you to reset, relax, and receive.
