Create a gratitude-inspired artwork through reflection, appreciation, and creative expression.
Join us for a creative wellness experience exploring the art of gratitude—not as a practice of pretending everything is perfect, but as an opportunity to pause and appreciate what is here.
Life doesn't always unfold the way we imagine. Plans change, relationships evolve, traditions shift, and sometimes our reality looks very different from what we once hoped for. Yet even within those changes, there can still be moments, people, experiences, lessons, and simple everyday things worth appreciating.
In this beginner-friendly art class, we'll create a gratitude-inspired artwork using intuitive color, movement, texture, and creative expression. Through guided meditation, gentle reflection, and art-making, you'll explore what you appreciate in your life, what has shaped you, and what you want to notice more.
This class offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and discover how creativity can help us see our lives from a new perspective.
Gratitude • Presence • Perspective • Possibility
This class invites you to explore the feeling of gratitude through breath, meditation, reflection, and creative flow. Your artwork will become a visual expression of what you appreciate, what remains meaningful, and what you want to carry forward.
You may create something representational or completely abstract. There is no right way to express gratitude, and no expectation that everything in life needs to be perfect before we can appreciate what is good.
