For more than 15 years, Allie Monday has been creating photographic experiences that reconnect people with the power, beauty, and aliveness of their own bodies.
As the founder of Ladygroove, she creates intimate fine art portraits and contemporary headshots that invite people to step out of performance and into presence. Her work has guided more than 550 people through deeply personal photographic experiences that celebrate the body not as something to fix, but as something to inhabit.
Allie believes our bodies are not problems to solve or objects to perfect—they are the place where we experience joy, grief, desire, creativity, love, and being fully alive. In a culture that teaches us to disconnect, judge, or perform, Ladygroove is an invitation to come home to ourselves. A visual exhale. Allie believes every person deserves to experience their body as a source of creativity, pleasure, and belonging.
Her work has become known for blending contemporary fine art, sensuality, and emotional honesty into imagery that reminds people they were never meant to become someone else before they deserved to be seen.
During her month-long artist residency, photographer Allie Monday will be offering A Taste—a series of thoughtfully curated mini portrait sessions designed to introduce you to the Ladygroove Experience.
