Join us for a neurographic flow of creative expression. Neurographic art is a drawing method designed to relieve stress and rewire your brain. Whether you are an experienced artist or haven’t picked up a pen since kindergarten, this is a meditative way to bring calm to your mind.
Neurographic art is a therapeutic drawing method developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014. Designed to map the subconscious mind, it combines mindfulness and psychology to reduce stress by having you draw fluid, organic lines and round off all intersecting angles.
The process focuses on the meditative act of drawing rather than the final product. Consider this technique as brain scribble, meant to calm the brain and thoughts.
